How do I clean my traditional timber floor?
In order to maintain the timber floor, all you have to do is to give a quick vacuum, swiftly dust mop, avoid any spill and dirt on the floor or swept clean of dist before moping floor with water.
Do you give quotes?

What coatings should I use for best result?
Depends on the situations and your requirement, you can consult us for us provide advice.
How durable would my timber floor?
If properly treated, it can last a lifetime or multiple decades.
How long does the sanding/finishing process take?
It usually takes 2 to 4 days to get it a complete finish, depending on the size/area.
How much dust is created by the sanding process?
There will be a fine film in the sanded areas. We do use vacuum to contain the dust.
Can I stay in my home during the floor sanding process?
Yes, but you will be restricted to use the flooring area for certain days.
What guarantee do I have on my floor?
Providing your floor has not been water damaged or damaged by others, your floor is guaranteed to out last you and generations to come.
How long does it take for the floor to dry after each surface coat is applied?
A coat of oil base poly takes 8-12 hours to dry whereas a coat of water base poly takes 4-6 hours to dry.
What is the time duration for the job completion?
Usual process takes 3 to 4 days to complete.
When can I move the furniture back after floor installation?
It takes 1 week to fully cure.
How long does a hardwood floor installation take?
We can provide the details once we visit the site.
Can I install a new floor over my existing timber floor?
Yes, provided if in stable condition.
